"The driver was great, communication prior to arrival was brilliant and reassuring. The cab was clean and comfortable. I wish the app was more functional. I don't see why I have to log in each time I open it, and I should be able to amend my booking online or in app. Also I love the functions Uber has where you can follow the taxi in app and share with friends and family. It would be great if you could do that "
